Hello friends and foes on the battlefield i didnt see those here so i put them:
charge macro + harmstring(you can use it to reaply harmstring alone anytime) /script a,b,c=GetShapeshiftFormInfo(1);if © then CastSpellByName("Charge") else CastSpellByName("Battle Stance");end /cast Hamstring intercept macro+ harmstring(you can use it to reaply harmstring alone anytiime) /script a,b,c=GetShapeshiftFormInfo(3);if © then CastSpellByName("Intercept") else CastSpellByName("Berserker Stance");end /cast Hamstring overpower macro /script a,b,c=GetShapeshiftFormInfo(1);if © then CastSpellByName("Overpower") else CastSpellByName("Battle Stance");end pummel macro /script texture, name,isActive,isCastable = GetShapeshiftFormInfo(3); if isActive then CastSpellByName("Pummel(Rank 2)"); else CastSpellByName("Berserker Stance()"); end; disarm macro /script texture, name,isActive,isCastable = GetShapeshiftFormInfo(2); if isActive then CastSpellByName("Disarm()"); else CastSpellByName("Defensive Stance()"); end; those can be used in any stance, they change it to the right stance and do what you want.

Also just
"/cast Defensive Stance /cast Disarm" "/cast Berserker Stance /cast Pummel" etc. all work the same

Have just been trying to time my swings manually but this add-on could be a game changer for PvP against certain classes (pally and hunter come to mind, as they're kiteable and you can time your swings against when you get into their range of combat.) Alot of new players might not know this, but hunters have a "dead zone" in vanilla, basically 1-5 yards they can melee attack and 8(?)-41 they can use ranged attacks. But between 5-8 they're stuck unable to do anything and if they're immobilized you can jump in and out of melee range as your swings reset. This is doable with other stuff as well, like if you're waiting for SS cooldown or a heal, waiting for reinforcements, you can preserve some health this way. A slight change I've made to my spec is going 3/5 2hand weapon specialization and getting 3/3 imp hamstring. 2% damage reduction in exchange for 15% chance for hamstring to immobilize is worth it i.m.o, when imp hamstring procs it can be a game changer and I've actually had it proc multiple times in a single battle.
