Is it possible that I start from Level 1 and not instant from Level 60 ?

yes, on servers that arent instant 60 in their description. retro is only an instant 60

Hey bro! Im new here. Could oyu tell me servers where you dont start at lvl 60 pls. And do I need to donwload smthing else.
