I went looking the other day in IF and couldn't find Deliana. Is she hiding somewhere on Retro?

I'm not sure if the quest chain works here as expected, but players attained 0.5 before the vendor was added.
So presumably the quest works (based on speculation mind you), hopefully someone can expand, but I'm not sure how many players actually did the chain here.

I have the quest chain for the full set twice, and the 4-set twice. I encountered one bug during it, all and all.
Other than that it was really really fun!
