I'd like to suggest a few things, as I play here from the very beginning.
The new players are getting bored. Quests are too hard, they take too much time and give low rewards, considering the effort one must spend. All the quests should be re-done and mobs re-vamped. For example:
Shardtooth and the Yeti: Mobs are too powerful - attacks + a lot of HP. Considering it takes a lot of time to solo this quest, atleast 10-15 minutes, then reconsider also, that some items cost 5000g and stuff, that means you would have to farm this quest for about 8-9 hours non-stop to get 5000g. That is insane. This quest needs mobs nerfed and get gold boost.
Dews: Dews quest reward is hilarious, gotta kill 20 of them, and getting ONLY 30g.
Elite Dews: This is just ridiculous. Mobs having 10 000 hp, killing 20 of them, only 90g reward.
Highlords & Doomguards : Same thing as Shardooth and the Yeti, mobs are too hard, too much hp, low reward. This quest is usually farmed by warlocks by enslaving felboars and using their bugged fire aoe spell to almost instantly kill every single mob here, healers just heal the boars. This quest needs a gold boost, mobs nerfed.
I could write down every quest, but it is useless, I just wanted to give you a few examples. Every quest needs polishing. Mobs need HP reduction. Consider this: Some Zul Gurub elites have from 2000 - 5000 hp. Most of solo quest elites have almost twice the amount, that just makes no sense.
And lastly, PVE Tokens quest. 50 golds for 50 PvE tokens? That is funny. Minimally, I'd raise it to 150g or 200g. To actually give motivation to farm mobs. Other than that, the quest is completely useless.
So my suggestions in the end: Nerfing the solo quests mobs. Making quests easier - or giving a lot more gold rewards for them. A lot of players are discouraged and not willing to play here because of this. They don't find doing the quests funny at all, because they are boring to farm, take a lot of time to do, and in the end, give little gold compared to effort that has to be spent while doing this. Because of the low players base, raids are not doable everytime, so people have to do quests, thus they cope with frustration.
I didn't mean to offend anyone by this article, but I find the current questing and gold-grinding situation frustrating, as for I play here since beginning and I can constructively tell my opinion. And this is even worse for newcomers.
I've been trying to find people in game to start raiding but I must say it's not an easy task.
I'm looking for people who are motivated, properly geared and speced to raid, have enough time to raid a few times a week. I'm not looking for hardcore raiders, just decent people.

Hello. I'm thinking of that setting the id reset for raids to like 1 day instead of 3 would be a good idea since the server is new and in beta. It would attach the attention of more players and people could progress deeper into the content and report for bugs while the server is still new. Instead of just making new toons all over again and not focus on one.
