Just curious where the vendor is for the Alliance Battle Standard or its equivalent, i know usually you have to be knight-champion and should be with the vendor that has the Insignia. i have ranked up past knight-champion and did not pick up the standard at that time. Question is do i have to have the rank Knight-champion currently to see and purchase the standard?

It is not in game. I ranked to r9 to find out it is not implemented. I think there are suggestions for adding it but to reaction by stuff.
The problem is I saw one placed during AV weekend last week. Which made me realize I wanted to get one, turns out the vendor did not have it. So the question still remains how is it not on the vendors but a player had placed it a week ago...
That might have been it. Would be nice if they added the Pvp rank standard though.
