Game runs fine, have no issues other than this ever, but as soon as I try to put game into windowed mode, it will minimize the game, won't let me re-open it. If I close it and restart application its still stuck minimized. Reset computer, nothing works. Any help?

Nope, didn't work. Note that when this happens I actually have to reinstall the entire client for it to be playable again.
Sorry, I think my original post has been misinterpreted, deleting the WDB and WTF folders is allowing me to reopen it, but my issue is I want windowed mode.
It is incomprehensible to me now.
